Data Retention Period

  • Contact form: up to 24 months from receipt, subject to further legal requirements.
  • Google Analytics 4: user/event data is stored for a maximum of 24 months based on GA4 account settings.

  • Google LLC for the provision of the GA4 service.
  • Competent authorities, where required by law.

Transfers outside the EU

Data processed through Google Analytics 4 may be transferred outside the EEA. The transfer takes place on the basis of adequate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (e.g., standard contractual clauses) and appropriate supplementary measures.
